(together with any of its subsidiaries or corporate affiliates, “Inertial Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)! At Inertial Labs, our goal is to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning outlined in the Inertial Labs’ Terms of Service.

To achieve that goal, this Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, how this information may be used, disclosed, and safeguarded, and how you can control its use.

This Privacy Policy governs your experience on this Site and any associated webpages, your use of any of our Services, including our mobile application, and your use of the Products, unless otherwise indicated.

In conjunction with this Privacy Policy, you should also review our Terms of Service for a complete understanding of the rules governing our Site, Products, and Services.

Information collection

Information we collect from or about you may vary depending on how you use the Site and the Products and information you may choose to provide to us and other sources.

Information you provide to us:

Inertial Labs collects information from you when you provide it to us and when you use our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, individually identifiable information, such as your full name, username and password, email address, phone number, physical address, credit card information, and other billing information.

Examples of ways in which we may collect such information from you include the following:

Registration and Ordering: Before using certain parts of this Site or ordering Products or Services, you must complete a registration form and create an account. This will require you to provide certain personal and billing information.

Marketing Emails: We may send marketing and promotional emails to your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time from receiving these marketing messages by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link contained in any marketing email or contacting us (and put “Unsubscribe” or “Opt Out” in the subject line). (Please note that despite unsubscribing from such marketing communications, we may still contact you about your order(s) or any issues relating to any business you conduct with us.)

Customer Support: If you choose to contact us, we collect your name, e-mail address, and any other information you provide to help better serve you. Please note that we may store all chat information and transcripts for some time, as determined by Inertial Labs. Inertial Labs only accesses these transcripts for training and customer service purposes.

Written Reviews: Inertial Labs will require a valid registered e-mail address and a review name when completing any review forms on the Site, if applicable, about specific Inertial Labs Products. Following the moderation process, your review, name, and date may be posted on the Site.

You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but then you may not take advantage of certain features of our Site fully, and we may not be able to provide you with certain Products and/or Services.

Information we automatically collect:

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or other technologies to automatically collect certain information when you use our Site and Services or interact with our emails on or from our Site or other Sites and our Products. This information may include your IP address, browser type, geolocation data, unique user ID, cell phone model, operating system and carrier, and Internet Service Provider. We also may collect information about your use of our Services, such as the number of times you return or visit the Site, whether you click-through, open, or forward links, emails, and ads, the URLs and webpages you’ve seen, sections of or content on pages of the Site on which you click or in which you are interested, the number of times you visit each webpage, what downloads and/or search queries you have made, how long you spent on particular sections of the Site and the Site generally, other Site usage data, and your usage of the Products. These technologies (including cookies on the Site and Services) allow us to keep track of your order as you shop on our Site, recognize registered users when they visit and provide registered customers with information and advertising that is more relevant to them and ensure a satisfactory customer experience with the Products. If you register with or order from us, we may use cookies or other technology to monitor and maintain information about how you use our Site and what you buy. Suppose you do not register with or order from us. In that case, we may monitor and maintain information about your use of the Site to improve your shopping experience and provide you with more relevant Products, content, and advertising.

Cookies: Certain parts of our Site require cookies. You may adjust your browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Site or take full advantage of our offerings.

Analytics: We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate our Site and Services usage. We use these tools to help us improve the performance of our user’s experience on our Site and Services. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons or local storage objects (LSOs), to perform their services. To learn more about Google’s privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Online Behavioral Advertising: We may partner with an ad network(s) to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites, mobile applications, and other media. Our ad network partner(s) may use cookies and/or web beacons to collect information about your activities on our Site, Services, and other sites to provide targeted advertising based on your interests. We may provide these advertisers with information, including personal information, about you.

As noted above, we disclose certain information (such as your email address) to Facebook (for more information on Facebook Custom Audience, go here or to opt-out, go to the Facebook ad preferences page) and Google (to opt-out of Google Analytics Audiences and other Google advertising, go here)—so that we can better target ads and content to you and others with similar interests on third parties’ sites or media (“Custom Audiences”). We may also work with other ad networks and marketing platforms that enable other participants and us to target ads to Custom Audiences submitted by us and others. You may also control how Facebook and other third parties display certain ads to you, as explained further in their respective privacy policies, or by using the opt-outs described below.

Users may opt out of many ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Consumer Choice Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by DAA companies. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by NAI members.

Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page will opt you out from those companies’ delivery of interest-based content or ads to you. Still, it does not mean you will no longer receive advertising through our Site, Services, or other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the website you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt-out may not be effective. Additional information is available on the DAA’s website at www.aboutads.info or the NAI’s website at www.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track: Our system may not respond to Do Not Track requests or headers from some or all browsers.
