Inertial Labs, Inc.
39959 Catoctin Ridge St, Paeonian Springs, VA 20129

Inertial Labs is keenly aware of the many environmental and corporate social responsibility issues facing the electronics industry today. We are aware of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502 regarding Conflict Minerals and are committed to providing information to our customers to comply with their reporting requirements. We fully understand the importance of this issue and are committed to supply chain initiatives that will help to create a conflict-free supply chain.

Because Inertial Labs does not source minerals directly from smelters or refiners and has a multitiered and geographically dispersed supply chain, engagement with the suppliers is a fundamental element of the efforts to comply with the legislation. We expect our suppliers to only source minerals from responsible sources and provide us with proper verification of the country of origin and source of the materials used in the parts/components they supply to us. We require our suppliers to use commercially reasonable efforts to

  1. Identify whether parts/components they supply contain Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten or Gold (3TG).
  2. Conduct a reasonable country of origin inquiry regarding the origin of such minerals in parts/components to determine whether such minerals originated in “Covered Countries” as defined in Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
  3. Conduct due diligence on the chain of custody of the source of any minerals originating in covered countries to identify the smelter of such minerals.
  4. Provide reasonable documentation of suppliers and their lower-tier suppliers’ due diligence efforts using the standard reporting process (e.g. the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template).
  5. Flow down the above requirements to its lower-tier suppliers.

When non-compliance is detected, Inertial Labs will attempt to work with the supplier concerned to correct the situation. If a supplier remains non-compliant, we will evaluate our options, including but not limited to reassessment of the supplier relationship.

As a supplier, Inertial Labs is committed to providing appropriate information and assisting our customers’ efforts to meet their legal obligations under this legislation. For any additional inquiries regarding this topic, please reach out to info@inertiallabs.com.

You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but then you may not take advantage of certain features of our Site fully, and we may not be able to provide you with certain Products and/or Services.

Information we automatically collect:

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or other technologies to automatically collect certain information when you use our Site and Services or interact with our emails on or from our Site or other Sites and our Products. This information may include your IP address, browser type, geolocation data, unique user ID, cell phone model, operating system and carrier, and Internet Service Provider. We also may collect information about your use of our Services, such as the number of times you return or visit the Site, whether you click-through, open, or forward links, emails, and ads, the URLs and webpages you’ve seen, sections of or content on pages of the Site on which you click or in which you are interested, the number of times you visit each webpage, what downloads and/or search queries you have made, how long you spent on particular sections of the Site and the Site generally, other Site usage data, and your usage of the Products. These technologies (including cookies on the Site and Services) allow us to keep track of your order as you shop on our Site, recognize registered users when they visit and provide registered customers with information and advertising that is more relevant to them and ensure a satisfactory customer experience with the Products. If you register with or order from us, we may use cookies or other technology to monitor and maintain information about how you use our Site and what you buy. Suppose you do not register with or order from us. In that case, we may monitor and maintain information about your use of the Site to improve your shopping experience and provide you with more relevant Products, content, and advertising.

Cookies: Certain parts of our Site require cookies. You may adjust your browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Site or take full advantage of our offerings.

Analytics: We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate our Site and Services usage. We use these tools to help us improve the performance of our user’s experience on our Site and Services. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons or local storage objects (LSOs), to perform their services. To learn more about Google’s privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Online Behavioral Advertising: We may partner with an ad network(s) to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites, mobile applications, and other media. Our ad network partner(s) may use cookies and/or web beacons to collect information about your activities on our Site, Services, and other sites to provide targeted advertising based on your interests. We may provide these advertisers with information, including personal information, about you.

As noted above, we disclose certain information (such as your email address) to Facebook (for more information on Facebook Custom Audience, go here or to opt-out, go to the Facebook ad preferences page) and Google (to opt-out of Google Analytics Audiences and other Google advertising, go here)—so that we can better target ads and content to you and others with similar interests on third parties’ sites or media (“Custom Audiences”). We may also work with other ad networks and marketing platforms that enable other participants and us to target ads to Custom Audiences submitted by us and others. You may also control how Facebook and other third parties display certain ads to you, as explained further in their respective privacy policies, or by using the opt-outs described below.

Users may opt out of many ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Consumer Choice Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by DAA companies. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by NAI members.

Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page will opt you out from those companies’ delivery of interest-based content or ads to you. Still, it does not mean you will no longer receive advertising through our Site, Services, or other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the website you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt-out may not be effective. Additional information is available on the DAA’s website at www.aboutads.info or the NAI’s website at www.networkadvertising.org.
